Syrniki with Raisins


For dough

1/4 cup (50 g) raisins

1 cup (250 g) cottage cheese

1 egg

3 tablespoons semolina flour

1 teaspoon of sugar

To roll the meatballs

1/2 cup (70 g) semolina flour

To fry:

1 tablespoon butter

Method

Add raisins to warm water and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the egg with sugar,

Mix with cottage cheese and 3 tablespoons of semolina flour. Add the raisins

Mix until you get a coarse dough. Put the pan on medium heat and cook 1 tbsp.

Add the tablespoon of butter.

Divide the dough into four parts, roll each part into a ball.

Form it and press it into half-centimeter thick discs.

Coat it in semolina flour .

In a pan melt better and cook syrniki discs in melted butter until golden. 3 minutes on each side .Serve with sour cream and jam.
